Selling on Consignment with MonKontak Step-by-Step Guide

1. Prepare Your Product
   Gather your product’s name, description, price, location in Haiti, and at least one clear photo of the product, and if you don't have one, we will get one from the Internet based on the product's specifications.

2. Send Us the Information
   Send these details to MonKontak by contacting us directly via a WhatsApp call first, and then email if necessary.

3. We List the Product
   MonKontak uploads your product's image to the store named "Marketplace" with the price and specifications you provide. And each consignment listing will be clearly marked so you can identify your product/s among others.

4. Buyer Makes a Purchase
   A buyer abroad (in the U.S) pays securely via MonKontak.com using a credit card, and MonKontak handles all payment processing.

5. Verification & Payment Transfer
   After verifying the order, MonKontak deducts a small service or commission fee and transfers the remaining balance to your account using your preferred payout method.

6. Delivery or Pickup
   You coordinate delivery or pickup with the buyer, depending on the agreement between the two of you. MonKontak is not responsible for product quality or any problem associated with the product itself. That part of the transaction is completely between the seller and the buyer. We are only responsible for the payment processing side of the transaction, as specified in our "terms-conditions and refund policy".

7. Follow-Up & Support
   MonKontak provides customer support with disputes and payment questions. However, since a product is on display based on a buyer's request to the seller, it stands to reason that, any dispute between them most be resolve by them.
